Kusudama “Magic Ball”

Hi! Today we'll fold authentic Japanese Kusudama. Kusudama - one of the oldest traditional Japanese origami products. They represent a variety of balls consisting of assembled paper flowers, sockets or other shaped parts. Kusudama - modular figure, as part of which consist Kusudama represent the same individual modules.

Kusudama - magic balls, which in ancient times were charms against disease. They are wholly or partially composed of dried flowers. Often put into paper crafts bouquet of herbs. It hung in the room, so it would not start illness or a sick person gave to Kusudama casts out all sickness. Today Kusudama have ornamental value, they decorate the room.
